1. About TenerInfo

TenerInfo is a venue and events directory for the south of Tenerife, operated as a mobile application and an online venue management portal. By using either the app or the portal, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.

2. The Mobile App

The TenerInfo mobile app is free to download and use. It allows visitors to:

• Browse restaurants, bars, cafés, beach clubs, and other venues in South Tenerife
• View upcoming events and promotions
• Save favourite places and events to their device
• View venue locations on a map
• Receive optional push notifications about events

The app is provided as-is. Venue information — including opening hours, prices, and contact details — is provided by venue partners and may not always be up to date. We are not responsible for inaccuracies in venue-submitted content.

3. Venue Partner Accounts

Businesses wishing to manage their listing on TenerInfo must create a venue partner account. By creating an account you confirm that:

• You are authorised to represent the business
• All information you provide is accurate and up to date
• You will keep your login credentials secure and not share them

We reserve the right to suspend or remove any account that provides false information, violates these terms, or posts content that is illegal, misleading, or harmful.

4. Venue Content

As a venue partner, you are responsible for all content you submit — including venue descriptions, photos, event listings, and promotional offers. Content must not:

• Be false, misleading, or deceptive
• Infringe any third-party copyright, trademark, or other rights
• Contain illegal, offensive, or adult material
• Advertise products or services not offered at the venue

Profile changes, photos, and coordinate updates are subject to approval by TenerInfo before going live. We reserve the right to reject content that does not meet our standards without further explanation.

5. Subscription Plans and Payments

Basic Plan (Free)

The Basic plan is free and includes a venue listing in the app, up to 3 active events, and 3 trial promotional offers. No payment is required.

Featured Plan (€79/month)

The Featured plan is a monthly subscription billed at €79 per month. It includes promoted placement at the top of results, unlimited events, unlimited promotional offers, a featured badge, and priority placement on the map.

• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless cancelled.
• You may cancel at any time from your Stripe billing portal. Your Featured status remains active until the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods already paid.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.

6. Promotional Offers

Venue partners may create promotional offers visible to app users. Each offer must represent a genuine discount, promotion, or deal available at the venue. Offers are limited to a maximum of 7 days' validity. TenerInfo is not responsible for any disputes between venues and customers arising from promotional offers.

7. Intellectual Property

The TenerInfo name, logo, app design, and platform are owned by TenerInfo. Venue partners retain ownership of the content they submit but grant TenerInfo a non-exclusive licence to display that content within the app and portal for as long as the account is active.

8. Limitation of Liability

TenerInfo provides the app and portal on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that all information is error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TenerInfo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the service — including loss of revenue or business resulting from downtime, inaccurate content, or rejection of submitted material.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Spain.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Venue partners will be notified of material changes by email. Continued use of the portal after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
